Julie has been teaching specialized fertility yoga classes for the past five years for TFP, the largest fertility partnership in the UK. This experience allows her to incorporate unique techniques that support reproductive health and reduce stress, benefiting those who are on their fertility journey.
In addition, Julie specializes in teaching partner yoga for couples, which includes forms of Thai yoga massage, a fully-clothed style of massage, designed to offer loving kindness to the recipient.
