Meet Julie

Bio

Julie Ela Grace is an international wellness coach, yoga & meditation teacher, and writer with over 30,000 followers on Insight Timer. Her journey into holistic health began in 2004 when, at the age of nineteen, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This pivotal moment sparked her exploration of yoga and mindfulness as a path to reconnecting her mind, body, and spirit. Her practice flourished after discovering Kripalu yoga, a style rooted in compassion and mindfulness.

 

Julie holds a Medical Humanities Master’s degree, providing a unique perspective that combines traditional wisdom with scientific rigor. She specializes in guiding individuals through transformative experiences by merging evidence-based techniques with holistic practices. As a top teacher on Insight Timer, her meditation library has garnered widespread acclaim, including a viral gratitude meditation with over 2 million plays. Her courses are among the highest rated on the platform, and she regularly teaches yoga online and in-person in the United Kingdom and across Europe.

In addition to her coaching and teaching, Julie is a prolific writer, with work published across various platforms. She is currently writing a book about wellness, grace, and resilience. She believes that some of her greatest teachers are dogs and this Earth, and she seeks to share this wisdom with others.
